Founded by Derrick Florence a.k.a. D-Flo, a former NFL and AFL player turned chef, our kitchen is built on a lifelong passion for cooking that was sparked at a young age under the guidance of his Uncle Steve.

Born and raised in Andalusia, Alabama, D-Flo brings authentic Southern flavors to every dish, staying true to the roots that shaped his love for good food and feeding others. Every plate is a tribute to the Dirty South, crafted with fresh, high-quality meats from local butchers, homemade sauces, and signature seasonings — all made from scratch.
